Please allow Lucks Lane Veterinary Clinic to assure you that we are operating as usual. When your pets get sick, they need our care. We are committed to caring for them and for you.
- Please do not visit the clinic if you have been abroad recently or are exhibiting symptoms such as a fever, cough, shortness of breath or any breathing difficulties. In this situation please have a family member, or friend, bring in your pet or reschedule the appointment entirely.
- Please allow only one person to attend appointments with your pet and do NOT come as a group during this pandemic. This applies to picking up food and/or medications.
- We ask that you have food or medications called in prior to picking them up. We can also bring it to your vehicle if you would be more comfortable.
- Lucks Lane staff members will be minimizing direct human to human contact while following all CDC recommended hygiene practices. We are continuing to sanitize and disinfect all areas before and after each appointment.
We are working on plans to be able to help quarantined clients with their pet’s medical needs if this situation arises. We are also working to provide services to clients who are at risk and are trying to minimize contact with people and public spaces.
